St. Paul’s has a long standing tradition of having a booth at the Orange International Street Fair where we sell our famous pit-roasted shredded beef sandwiches. Our famous beef is also available in sliders and we sell hot dogs, chips, soda and water as well. The Street Fair is located near Plaza Park in the Orange historic downtown district (aka The Circle). Our booth is located on “American Street” (aka Chapman Ave.). The Street Fair is open Friday, September 2 from 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm; Saturday, September 3 from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm; and Sunday, September 4 from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm. We hope to see you there!
Mark your calendars for Sunday, September 11, 2016! That's the day we'll be kicking off a new ministry year at St. Paul's with a very special event for the whole St. Paul's community.
Our theme verse for the coming year will be Ephesians 4:4-6, "There is one body and one Spirit; just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all."
Our plan is to celebrate our oneness in Christ by gathering the whole St. Paul's community (Church, SAC, ECDC and day school) in one place at one time. We'll start with worship in the Event Center at 9:30 am. (PLEASE NOTE: THIS WILL BE OUR ONLY WORSHIP SERVICE THIS WEEKEND!) Worship will include professional musicians, kids choirs from both the ECDC and day school and a special message from Pastor C introducing our theme verse for the year.
Immediately following worship our traditional "Welcome Back" picnic will take place outside. We'll have games for kids, food trucks and a ministry fair highlighting the various ways you can get involved at St. Paul's. Don't miss it! It's going to be great!

Remember how this summer the VBS children collected almost $4,000 for Feed My Starving Children? The ultimate goal is to raise $22,000 to make it worth FMSC's time to bring a mobile food packing event to St. Paul's in 2017. Since VBS, $1,000 has also been received through the M&M tubes. Well, more good news. An anonymous donor from FMSC wants to donate matching funds we raise up to $11,000! This mean we only need to raise $6,000 more! We will continue to collect funds through Sunday, September 11. We invite you to keep filling up those mini M&M tubes with quarters (or bills or checks) and drop them in the offering plate at worship or bring to any of our school or church offices. (Extra M&M tubes are available in the church lobby at all worship services or stop by the church office) OR you can make a direct donation online here on the website. Look for "donate" on the upper right of the home page. Please join us as we strive to feed over 100,000 children in 2017! (Click on the picture to learn more about FMSC)
