Welcome Message

It is my pleasure to invite you to check out our church! I think you will find a dynamic congregation with great diversity among the people and the programs of ministry that we offer.

You will also experience a common sense of purpose to grow closer to our Lord Jesus and closer to each other. Our goal is to let the love of Jesus flow among us so that whether we are laughing or crying or somewhere in-between, we don't feel alone in the adventure called life. I'd like to meet you, so please call, send us an email, or stop by soon!

Blessings!

Ron Martin

PLEASE JOIN US!

Please join us this week for worship! Saturday evening at 7pm and Sunday at 8am is our traditional services; Sunday at 9:30am and 11am and 6pm are our Praise services.

Being sent out by Jesus is tough work! this week we see the difficulties that even Jesus faced in doing ministry among those who knew Him as a child. He goes on to lament how hard it is for anyone to be a prophet in their own home town. Having known His humble beginnings, they were unwilling to see anything special about Him. We shouldn’t be too surprised, then, when we face similar issues when trying to evangelize to family or friends who have known us since we were children. The same people who have watched us grow up may still think of us as that young kid who needed so much guidance and protection, often remembering our youthful mistakes. But this challenge can then spur us on to share our faith with others. Jesus then sends His disciples out without any food, money or extra clothing along – completely trusting in God for provision along the way. There will be times in our own lives when God asks us to place our complete trust in Him for the road ahead. How hard this can be, as we are so accustomed to planning everything in advance! Is God calling you to trust Him in some special way? Come and learn more as we continue our journey through the incredible book of Mark.
